1-2 roses £4.95
3-7 roses £7.95
8+  roses £9.95

Delivery charges of Potted roses (All Year)
(A potted rose costs £2.00 more than bare root)

Delivery charge for:

1 rose +£11.50
2-5 Potted Roses +£5 per rose (for orders of 6 or more, please contact the C&K Jones office 01829 740663)

We regret that purchase of potted roses is the high-cost option because of prohibitive packaging and carriage charges.

The above rates apply to parcels despatched to one address.

Orders for different addresses: Should the order be split-up to be forwarded to various addresses – extra carriage and packing must be included for each individual order. Our carriage rates apply to the U.K. mainland only.

Due to a number of lost parcels and long delivery times we have changed carrier so hopefully insuring arrival of your orders within 3 days of despatch. For carriage charges to the Isle of Man, Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands please ring the office for details.

COLLECTION
Orders may be collected from our Nursery, but please give us a few days warning when you will intend to collect. Local orders can be delivered; charges additional and at cost.

SUBSTITUTES
No substitutes will be made if this is indicated. When substitutes are requested, Keith Jones will personally select varieties of equal merit and colour. No additional charge is made when substitutes are of greater value. It helps us greatly if you can list some preferred substitutes especially if ordering later in the season.

COMPLAINTS
We pride ourselves on our efficiency and personal service, but of course all the best made plans sometimes go wrong. So please tell us promptly if anything seems amiss – we want to put it right. We know our plants are in good condition when leaving the Nursery, but if the fault is clearly ours and we are notified by the 1st July 2014 we will replace any of our plants failing to grow or establish themselves (except standards), also any of our plants untrue to name (a refund being made if replacement is not possible), providing that you return the problem plants to ourselves.

No replacements can be given if loss is due to abnormal weather conditions, bad planting, lack of maintenance, planting in old rose beds and any other conditions beyond our control.
Return postage of problem plants is to be paid by yourself.

* PLANT BREEDERS RIGHTS
Please note that Roses marked with an asterisk are subject to Plant Breeder’s Rights. They may not be propagated for sale or sold except by the authority of the breeder or the holder of the rights. They are all newer varieties where a royalty is payable to the breeder, which is included in the price of the plant.

CONTAINER PLANTS
The prices in the catalogue are for bare root roses only. Containerised roses are available for collection from the Nursery from April onwards. We also offer the service of despatching them for that special occasion, ring the office for details (Tel 01829 740663 • Fax 01829 741877).
